some bugs and problems with the rules

The game is pleasant enough to play, but there are several problems:
1. the AI players are too likely to “shot for the moon” even without a good enough hand,
2. the AI players will diliberately take the Queen of Spades in the second or third trick for no good reason,
and most annoying
3. the rule “Hearts must be broken” doesn’t work. The AI players will lead a heart even if they haven’t been broken.
