Quitters and "Cannot Connect"

Connecting can be a real pain! "Cannot connect" is the most common response about 60% of the time. Why I dont know.
Also, too many quitters, who should be tracked and exposed for the rest of us who play to the end. We dont need them!
Two "available" players tonight were invited to play. They responded that they did not want to play! Why list and waste time for the rest of us?
How about a recall card feature?
